Birra che riesce a conquistarti sin dal primo sorso. Rotonda,con note principali di caramello,riesce ad esaltarsi con il finale luppolato che rimane in bocca che ti invoglia a berne sempre di più,veramente ottima. Bevuta sia alla spina che in bottiglia.

Brown body with a small tan head. Aroma is malty, some chocolate, hints of caramel and brown sugar. Slightly bitter end. Soft carbonation, medium body

On tap @ BRASSIGAUME 2012! The beer is mahogany brown in the glass, with flat creamy head. It smells malty, tart, subtly chocolaty and roasty. Starts with lots chocolate malt, roasty and subtly sweet. The middle part is yeasty, malty-sweet, with some aroma hops and with lots of chocolate and coffee. Goes into a malty-yeasty, slightly sourish and caramel-sweet finish!

Bottle sample @ Brassigaume 2012. Dark brown amber with a lightly tanned head. Smells of sweet caramel malts, light syrup, touch herbal. Taste is sweet cough syrup, dark malts, touch dried fruits, syrup, sweet musty, herbs. Oilier, softer carb body. Enjoyable fare. Although from the Italian breweries 2 Bressigaume - these guys were probably the least intriguing to me.

Bottle sample @ Brassigaume 2012. Brune trouble, col crémeux, beige/blanc cassé. Arôme fruité noirs assez discret malt caramel. Palais est épais crémeux, dans un style très euro, malt carapils, sec avec un rappel à des noisettes pour une fin de bouche légèrement grillée, influence belge, et une touche de levure au fini.

750ml bottle. Pours a deep mahogany, beige head. Malty, spicy aroma, caramel, toffee, dried fruit, hops, cloves, cinnamon, chocolate. Off-dry, medium body and bitterness, balanced CO2. Malty, spicy taste, caramel, toffee, fudge, chocolate, raisins, hops, cinnamon. Slightly cloying. (2012-06-07)

bottle @ home. Pours brown with a good head. Malty, caramel and roasted taste with a good bitterness. Very good

Principalmente maltosa, sia al naso che al palato, solo che in bocca riaffora anche la parte luppolata che le dona un buon finale. Molto pulita, buon bere.

On tap at Piccolo Birrificio Clandestino. Murky brown pour with a foamy off white head. Roasted malt aromas. A real pleasant surprise with roasted malts, toffee, and nutty notes. Medium in body, well balanced, and very refreshing. This is a really good brown ale.

Si lascia bere, ma il tono dominante è un caramello arrosticchiato, molto sul torrefatto, e alla lunga stufa
