muzzlehatch (4427), Burlington, Vermont, USA Nov 7, 2005 341 ml bottle "enjoyed" with tiggmtl, ClarkVV and Olivier MTL. Totally clear light yellow with no head...light creamed corn in the nose, little else...carbonated water and weak stale grains in the body, little sweetness. Yum. tiggmtl (4307), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Nov 23, 2005 Mild grainy aroma is basically inoffensive. Clear, very pale gold with low white head that recedes to slight ring. Very grainy with fair bitterness. Light body with watery texture and strong carbonation. Clear bottle (Provigo, May-05). Sammy (3934), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Dec 16, 2004 Joke part of Doug Shoemaker tasting of great beers. Thin mouthfeel. Pale yellow and soap bubble head. Astringent Bitterness and tad creaminess.Would not even use for cooking. Lots left after going around room of 14 drinkers. Radek Kliber (3926), Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), Ontario, Canada Dec 21, 2004 Light gold, minimal head. Lightly flavored beer, some scents of malt. Plain watery.. jerc (3861), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Dec 12, 2004 Ah the glory of being the first to rate this surreal experience of a beer. Extremely pale yellow, with a ver thin white head. Touch of lemon cleanser and odd hops in the aroma. Bland and watery wiht a touch of light bitterness in the finish. Watery palate. Another laughable pour revealing very little color, just a slight, slight pale yellow, with plenty of fizz and an immediately disappearing touch of white bubbles. Smells of seltzer water, powdered chalk, light salt and just a faint touch of corn syrup. Flavor really takes the seltzer water aspect and runs with it. Obnoxiously bubbly liquid with a pinch of salt, a touch of dry cardboard on end, and a hint of powdered corn. Very overcarbonated. Not really a body of which to speak. It would be something like extra-extra-light. No alcohol or hops. Very close to seltzer water, seriously. mabel (2530), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Aug 14, 2007 [499-20070810] Sample @ TFOB (Toronto, ON). Floral wheat and yeast aroma. Clear, light yellow body with a quick bubbly white head. Juniper and grape wheat flavour has more floral notes. Light body is bubbly on the tongue. Like a carbonated soda. GregClow (2493), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Dec 22, 2004 #2 in the evening’s swill quintet. If club soda could go skunky, it would be this beer. [Toronto Christmas Party ’04]
