COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We asked our Canadian brewer to help us create an authentic-tasting cerveza! Our PC Cerveza Mexican Inspired Beer is easy-drinking, smooth and light-bodied – pair it with spicy foods to help cool your palate or enjoy as the ultimate thirst quencher on a hot day. For some extra refreshment, serve with a wedge of lime in the neck of the bottle. Sold only at The Beer Store.

Light golden yellow with small white head. Dusty grainy aroma... like chemicals but that aroma is very faint. Flavour is bready and compliments the aroma. Body is lacking. Ho Hum another one.

Originally rated October 2009. Another new one for President’s Choice brewed by Brick. Pours a light golden colour with a small white head that actually leaves chunky lace (which is the most I have to say for this beer). Grain malt nose and crisp refreshing mouthfeel. The taste is a little bready at the start, but very mild, and corn comes out in the aftertaste. There is something about the flavour that comes after the corn which bothers me (kind of on the vegetable side). Not disgusting, but probably will never have again.

Very pale golden pour, with a fizzy and short lived white cap. Grainy nose with stale malt extract too. Sweet grainy and corny taste is sidelined by intense carbonation. Fizzy and quick finish thankfully.
