COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is an unfiltered Belgian Style Blonde Ale. The beer is blonde in color from the pale malted barley varieties. It is delicately hopped with Styrian Golding and Celeia for medium bitterness and aroma. Sugars are added for higher attenuation, following the practices of some Belgian brewers. Belgian ale yeast is used to add complex flavor esters. This beer is unfiltered and yeast is left in for additional conditioning. The beer is named Fatale because it is 8.5% alcohol by volume and will catch up with you if you’re not careful.

Bottle from Casey on the Black Country tour. Cheers my friend. Great to see you and Traci for the first time in 3 years. Hope you’ll come back soon It’s an aromatic authentic Belgian blond ale. If you hadn’t told me it wasn’t Belgian I’d struggle to tell you, perhaps a bit too clean and a bit too hoppy to be pure Belgian. Bit of perfume on aroma. Decent beer.

Stubby bottle poured a hazy gold with a small lasting creamy white head. Aromas of straw, yeast, clove, melon and pear. Palate was light to medium bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, fruitiness, honey and light spice with a crisp dry lingering fruity honey finish.

Bottle… Cloudy yellow ale with a small, fizzy, short-lived, white head. The nose presents heavy clove, peppery hops and a lightly smoky phenol. Medium-bodied with middling carbonation. The flavor is of pale grain and pear sweetness balanced nicely by spicy hop bitterness. Big clove phenol here as well. Finishes crisp, mildly sweet and lightly grainy. Bottle courtesy of pespsican!

Pour out of bottle, thanks Aaron! Hazy yellow pour with thin white head, aroma of lemon, biscuit, slight pear and grape, touch of earth note in there as well. Taste is a nice biscuit, caramel, slight lemon with rich yeast, touch of earth and more bready notes, finishing fairly sweet but slightly dry. Pretty nice.
