Cask, gravity, at Nottingham Beer Festival ’07. Orange amber. Pleasant fruity aroma. Sweet malty taste with some ash and low bitterness. Fair enough

Cask conditioned at The Lathkil Hotel, Over Haddon, Derbys. Gold orange with white head. Thinnish fragrant bitter, a touch of peach skin I think. Dry and bitter, although some caramel, toffee boiled notes apparant. it’s ok but not brilliant.

Cask (gravity) various beer festivals April-June 2007. Not too pale, fairly malty, good lingering dryness though.

A dark, golden orange coloured beer with a weak white head. A medium malty nose, a touch spicy then a ripe fruit finish. A bitter sweet malty taste, with ripe fruit, a hint of sweet banana, then a dry, spicy hop flavour that lingers til the finish. (Cask - The Fox & Hounds, Heacham, Norfolk).
