COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fresh Cut is a dry-hopped pilsner. Chinook, Citra and Centennial hops provide aromas of citrus, grass and spice. Though the front palate is loud with IPA qualities, the finish is distinctly pilsner- crisp, dry and extremely refreshing. Enjoy!

12oz bottle (dated 10/9/13) pours clear pale bright gold with 2 finger foamy head. Nose is piney, fruity, with just a hint of grain. Mouthfeel has some maltiness and is overall a little more full bodied than some pilsners. Taste is bitter grassy pine, evergreen, with some light fruity notes. Finish is crisp, lasting bitter pine, grains, a little lemon, some traces of hay. Very refreshing, super sessionable but without sacrificing flavor. Quite a nice pilsner.

My first taste of organic beers from Peak. I like the medium ABV percentage on this, Great tasting pilsner and when a beer is organic, it has no chemicals to worry about. I plan to try more styles from this company.

Bottle courtesy of Paul. Pours a clear golden body with light white head. Mouthfeel is thin and crisp with notes of fresh grass hop, light grains and mild spice. Easy drinking and clean palate.

Bottle from Brewtopia. Gold with slight chill haze white head and full lace. Mild citrus grass bready and honey aroma. Medium tropical fruit sweetness with grany bready malts and medium assertive spicy herbal bitter dry finish. Light and lively and fine carbo. Very well balanced. Excellent example of a modern American take on the style. Excellent.

@tkcbb. Pale yellow, light hazy. Pale pilsner malty, soft grainy, subtle herbal green continental hoppyness, citrus. Well carbed, soft. Malty, slight huskey finish. Prety nice. Smooth, soft herby noble hoppy. A clean pils. Some creamcor, though.

Pullo @ Prisma Limingantulli. Kaatuu kapeaan pils-lasiin kullankeltaisena ja kirkkaana, noin neljän sormen paksuisella runsaalla vaahdolla. Tuoksussa vahvimpana on jenkkihumalien tuoma kukkainen ja sitruksinen aromi, jonka alla on perinteisemmän pilsin olkinen ja viljainen mallaspohja. Hiven ruohoakin on mukana. Maussa jenkkihumalat jatkavat dominointia ja yleisilme on sitruksisen ja kukkaisen humaloitu. Havuakin löytyy humaloinnin puolelta. Mallaspohja tuntuu yllättävän vähän, viljaisuutta on, muttei paljon muuta. Suutuntuma on melko katkera ja keskitäyteläinen miinus, ehkä jopa hieman kevyt. Tutun saksalaisen pilsin tyyppisiä piirteitä, mutta jenkkihumalat dominoivat melko paljon. Liiankin paljon mielestäni.

Pours a hazy dark straw from the tap. Aroma is a grapefruity/hay hoppiness. Mouthfeel is surprisingly full, maybe a little oily. Light flavor, almost lacking. A refreshing spring beer. Good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: MAY 29, 2015 Dry, grassy, a little grapefruit, a little toasted nuttiness. Light but lingers a little in the back of the mouth. A good hoppy pilsner.

Pours clear gold. First taste is of hay and hops. Slight aroma of fruit, very refreshing and crispy. Very nice beer with a lot of character.
