Fresh Cut is a dry-hopped pilsner. Chinook, Citra and Centennial hops provide aromas of citrus, grass and spice. Though the front palate is loud with IPA qualities, the finish is distinctly pilsner- crisp, dry and extremely refreshing. Enjoy!

12oz bottle (dated 10/9/13) pours clear pale bright gold with 2 finger foamy head. Nose is piney, fruity, with just a hint of grain. Mouthfeel has some maltiness and is overall a little more full bodied than some pilsners. Taste is bitter grassy pine, evergreen, with some light fruity notes. Finish is crisp, lasting bitter pine, grains, a little lemon, some traces of hay. Very refreshing, super sessionable but without sacrificing flavor. Quite a nice pilsner.

A bit of skunk in the aroma, but otherwise clean. Pleasantly hoppy without the bitterness, refreshing, and light. Some minerality and dryness in the finish.

Bottle. An unusually hoppy pilsner that appeals to an IPA fan like myself. Grapefruit and tropical hops dominate the aroma and taste, Lots of flavor for a beer with an ABV below 5%. This is a great session ale.

Bottle from Trader Joe’s in Davis, CA. Pours pale gold with a white head. Aroma is spicy/grassy. Med body at least. Flavor is a bit grainy with a very decent amount of spice and grass hop. I’m just not getting much citrus - xpt maybe way in the back of my mouth. Grassy/spicy to me. Decent pils.

Growler (I believe this is the name of the beer). Really pleasantly surprised with this one. I wasn’t expecting much but got a flavorful, crisp, easy to drink pilsner. I’ve been drinking a lot of the "simpler" beers of late, and would have no trouble drinking this regularly.

Poured from a bottle. Color is clear straw with a foamy white head. Aroma has a SLIGHTLY skunked attribute, with light golden malt and citrus. Pretty much spot on for what I like to see in a pilsener. Taste is light and crisp with a strong hoppy foundation. This is a great representation of the style and is incredibly enjoyable.

Poured out of bottle into a pint glass. Very pleasant aroma. Just the right amount of hops. Good beer!
