A unique India Pale Ale, showcasing our favorite hops. The Amarillo®, Simcoe®, and Nugget hops give this beer a bounty of hop flavor and aroma without too much bitterness in the finish.

Hazy golden color, dense off-white head. Hoppy, citrus, sweet, caramel scent. Sweet, a bit flat, bitter taste. Moussy mouthfeel, high bitterness. Alcohol coming through.

Bottle from Sam’s Quik Shop in Durham. Nose is surprisingly nice and fresh. Bold, citrusy hops. Some resin. Taste, though, is soapy as hell. Yikes.
