1.3 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 3/20
Caramel, earwax, spicy/herbal hops, not really that great. Seems like the organic part is a gimmick for you to try crappy beer.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Orange body beckons with a glow of life and excitement. Powerful cornucopia aromas of grapefruit, pineapple and melon topped with Maraschino cherry. Perfect bitterness, highly refreshing and a wonderful ever-present fruit undercurrent. Bitter finish timed to the perfect length. A perfect IPA, which is even more astounding considering this is an organic and therefore the ingredient selection is more limited than your standard brew.

Bottle. The first Peak brew to not smell like shit! YAY! Nice aroma of citrus and pine, undercurrents of berries. The hops are nice of the palate, with toffee malt taking a backseat and coming off as a little thin. Definitely the best of Peak’s offerings that I’ve had.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20

Powdery caramel aroma with pine. Tangy and bitter. Orange peels, cabbage, some caramel. Eucalyptus finish, medium body. New Leaf Market.
