A unique India Pale Ale, showcasing our favorite hops. The Amarillo®, Simcoe®, and Nugget hops give this beer a bounty of hop flavor and aroma without too much bitterness in the finish.

Bottle. Pour light orange with a small white head. Light hop aroma of citrus and peach. Similar flavor with some added caramel sweetness. Dry and weak finish. The hops are a little weak for my taste.

This was tasted at The Capital Ale House with a friend for their steal the glass night. The IPA pours a clear amber with small head that laced and dissapated. There was nice hopping with a some citrus, The bitterness was balanced. The medium body IPA had a lively carbonationa and a smooth finish with slight bitterness.

12oz bottle, best before Oct, 2012. Thin, mostly white head, good lace. Sorta maltier hoppy taste, sorta metallic. Not really a fan of it. Clear yellow / orange / amber color. Smooth, lighter carbonation. Dryish texture. Not much to the taste, just some light bitter. Not really an interesting nor tasty IPA. What is it about organic ales that always seems to be lacking??

hazy, floral, medium sweetness, very bitter, lightly sour, medium body, thin feel, average carbonation, bitter. A tasty beer with a good dose of hops leading to a crisp, bitter beer.

Tap. Nice copper color with pillowy white lasting head and lots of lacing. Smells nice and refreshing of pine, grapefruit, and caramel. Tastes a little off- popcorn and dirty. Then settles in to a dry and lightly bitter finish. As you drink it hops take over and the funny taste fades.

Draft, Ipa tap takeover, Tj’s, Portsmouth, NH. Ambianceamber color, no head or lace. Nose of resin, grapefruit and malt. Taste is fresh wet hops, grapefruit rind and just a bit of caramel malt. The flavor is a bit above average. Oily mouthfeel. Flavor is kind of nice.

Bottle. Amber bodied with a medium, foamy tan head. Aroma is spicy hops, zesty citrus and peaches. Taste is big spicy hops, zesty cotrus fruit, peach, light tropical fruits and soft malt notes. Body is medium overall with a moderate, bubbly carbonation. Ends with more tropical fruit, citrus oils, peach, soft malt and spicy hops.
