3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Deep polished coppers under a nice white head that fades rocky and leaves acres of lace in its wake. Swirls with lace.
Citrus and green vegetation. Fresh hop resins abound. Ferns, fir trees, and Christmas trees in the back. Hint of mint leaf. Cucumber. Like sticking your nose in a handful of dried hop cones. Key lime and lemon pith.
Bracingly bitter and resinous and piney up front with sweet melba crust in the middle. Orange rind and lemon rind in the back with oily esters. Mint joins the forestry up front along with gracing the edges of each hop resin pine sap edge. Lingering bracing bitterness brings me back for more until there is none left.
Yummy! I’ve had organic beers that were hits and I’ve had organic beers that were misses. I’m proud to say that this was definitely a very good Organic IPA. Another fun fact regarding the Peak Organic line of beers is that one of the main suppliers of hops for this line of beers lives here in the Treasure Coast. Think local and drink local.

2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a light copper color with a bubbly and creamy white head which laces a lot. Aroma of floral hops. Taste is clean but little in the way of body for an IPA, only slight bitterness with a grassy aftertaste. This needs body to be a quality IPA and a touch more bitterness.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
355ml bottle pours a pale amber color with a finger of white head that settles quite quickly leaving some thin lacing on the glass. Aroma is grassy with some citrus notes. Taste is a grassy and herbal hop bitterness with an underlying malty sweetness. Light to medium bodied with decent carbonation. A bit harsher than some of the better IPA’s out there, but still a pretty decent brew.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pours a mostly clear copper color with a moderate white head. Nose is definitely hoppy with some subtle herb notes to it. Taste is slightly bitter, but ends up being very smooth and easy to drink. I like it.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
12 oz. bottle pour in South Florida. American pint glass. Pours a very hazy dark orange-amber color with a thick white head. Head disappeared quickly. Lacing was light throughout. Aroma was a musty smell of earth, grass, and dirt. Taste was bitter hops with grass, soil and mildew. Mouth was carbonation, grains, yeast and bitterness. Not something I will frequent.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours orange has a small one finger white head dissipated within a minute. It left some light foamy lacing and no rings. There was a fair amount of rising carbonation, the aroma has pine and the hops with some minor floral tones. the taste is bitter through the previously mentioned flavors, the palate is medium body and the carbonation was felt in my mouth. It left a somewhat dry finish, overall, decent for the style, but nothing to scream about.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Appearance: Hazy orange with an off white head.
Aroma: Spice and toffee.
Flavor: Diacetyl and hops.
Palate: Medium bodied and moderately carbonated.
Overall: An interesting beer, but not what I would consider a good example of an IPA.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle [12oz]. Pours a hazy orange-copper with a large lasting frothy off-white head. Aroma of slightly grassy hops, a bit piney and citrusy, along with some fruit and sweet bready malt. Flavour of hops and bready malt along with some fruit, earthiness and a decent bitter finish. Alcohol is fairly well hidden. Medium bodied. Pretty good and one of the better organic beers I’ve had for sure.
