3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottled 06/12/13. A copper coloured beer with a whitish head. A decent IPA. Good citrus hoppy notes. Malts balance nicely. A bit of late soapiness. Pretty good.

Bottle. Aroma is fresh hops and fruits, very nice. Taste is pure fresh hops, fruity and some malty on back.

Very interesting and distinct take on an IPA. Fantastic aroma but found the aftertaste to be a bit unpleasant (just barely).

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: DEC 24, 2013 It’s organic, it’s an IPA, it’s 7.1%. What more could you want? It doesn’t pretend to be anything else, it’s above average for the style. Floral & hoppy and very drinkable. More please.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Smooth IPA and highly drinkable. The score, though, is more representative of it as an average of the style vs a measure of how it outshines others -- in short, it's a good IPA, but not all that distinctive.

Good aroma of leaves and flowers, regular copper pale looks with decent head. Very good bitterness, a sum of the hops used. Not that astringent. Dont know about IBUs but I would say at least 75. And the palate is just perfect for an IPA. Almost too perfect to jump to a Douple IPA. Extra Bitter, extra dry, and extremely consistent and lasting.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap at the Stag’s Head, Manhattan NY on 2nd July 2013. Half-hazy amber with off-white ring-and-film top. Cheesy yeasts and tangy hops in aroma give way to exquisite grass and grapefruit in-mouth. Delicate bitterness in the finish becomes rich and intense. Soft light mouthfeel and medium body. Awesome!

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Rather surprising. Those hop notes care over to the flavor with a little citrus note thrown in. Low bitterness for the style. Medium caramel and grain from the malt. Light to medium body. Decent. Seems most organic brews suck and this one does not.

3.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Murky orange-brown pour with a little bit of tan head on top, not much for the eyes but I don’t drink with them so whatevs. Big whiff of orange and citrus with some underlying pine and dankness. Alcohol is out front in the flavor, a bit surprising at 7 abv. Fairly sweet with a lingering piney finish. Odd mouthfeel, feels really frothy but lightweight for the style. Not Peak’s best, recommend Hop Noir instead. Still, a bonus point for being organic.
