COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A unique India Pale Ale, showcasing our favorite hops. The Amarillo®, Simcoe®, and Nugget hops give this beer a bounty of hop flavor and aroma without too much bitterness in the finish.

Good aroma of leaves and flowers, regular copper pale looks with decent head. Very good bitterness, a sum of the hops used. Not that astringent. Dont know about IBUs but I would say at least 75. And the palate is just perfect for an IPA. Almost too perfect to jump to a Douple IPA. Extra Bitter, extra dry, and extremely consistent and lasting.

On tap at the Stag’s Head, Manhattan NY on 2nd July 2013. Half-hazy amber with off-white ring-and-film top. Cheesy yeasts and tangy hops in aroma give way to exquisite grass and grapefruit in-mouth. Delicate bitterness in the finish becomes rich and intense. Soft light mouthfeel and medium body. Awesome!

Rather surprising. Those hop notes care over to the flavor with a little citrus note thrown in. Low bitterness for the style. Medium caramel and grain from the malt. Light to medium body. Decent. Seems most organic brews suck and this one does not.

Murky orange-brown pour with a little bit of tan head on top, not much for the eyes but I don’t drink with them so whatevs. Big whiff of orange and citrus with some underlying pine and dankness. Alcohol is out front in the flavor, a bit surprising at 7 abv. Fairly sweet with a lingering piney finish. Odd mouthfeel, feels really frothy but lightweight for the style. Not Peak’s best, recommend Hop Noir instead. Still, a bonus point for being organic.

12oz brown bottle. Light orange pour with some haziness. Creamy white foam with good lacing. Nose has grapefruit, lemon and trace resins. Taste has some plain malts, grapefruity hops, orange zest. Finishes with a medium bitterness, aftertaste has grapefruit, orange zest and a bit of resin and leafy hop, very mild toasty malt note too. Light body, prickly carbonation, quite a dry IPA, enjoyable.

Bottle->SA. Orange/gold with small white head. Pine and citrus hops, grass, earth. A bit messy, flavor is too grassy.

Solid boozy IPA. Pours and orange yellow with a thick white lacy head. The nose is heavily piney and moderate citrus. Some toasted bread malts, light caramel and fruity, floral hops. Nice crisp flavour with a medium bitterness on the finish with a bit of boozy warmth

Aromas of apricot, orange, and cream. Yellow-orange with white lace. Dry and bitter. Light-medium bodied with a quick finish.

Bottle from Trader Joes. Lightly hazy amber in color. Nose is somewhat bready with a bit of hoppiness. Flavor is bready hop character. Decent hoppiness. Not really very crisp or clean though.

From the 12 fl. oz. bottle dated January 2014. It pours orange-amber with busy carbonation and a decent white head that fades down after a few moments. The aroma is decently hopped with floral and earthy esters as well as biscuit malts. Everything seems to balance each ingredient off. The body is medium and astringent. The taste also reasonably balanced between earthy hops and biscuit malts with a low to moderate finish. A nice subtle IPA in my book.
