3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
12oz Bottle: Pours a transparent bright orange amber with a spotty-lacing froth of white head. Aroma of fresh floral grapefruity citrus hops and some sweet pale malt. Body starts with good fullness, a nice sweet toasty caramel flavor and lots of fresh, juicy citrusy bittering and flavor hops. Finishes crisp, bittersweet and true to style. A very enjoyable IPA and probably one of the best "organic" beers I’ve had.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
35 cl bottle.
Orange color, hazed, big stable white head. Hoppy IPA nose. Caramel malts, fruit (apricot, peach), grapefruit, lemon zest. Taste balanced, slightly tart, mild sweet, pronunced long hoppy bitter finish. Medium body, average carbonation. Smooth and easy to drink, not too complex. Very nice IPA.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Loving the registered trademark indicators on the hops name in the description. Damn anyone who grows these plants but doesn’t buy the right from some mega-conglomerate that bribed the necessary officials!!!
Alas, back to the beer. It is riding the Organic train HEAVY. Decent weight/palate but all those hops, sorry, organic hops, went into bittering. Nothing interesting going on here. Even got some chill haze, which I guess is okay b/c "its organic". Glad TradeJoes dropped this one.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle thanks to Will. Pours a hazy orange gold with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong pine and caramel. Medium mouthfeel with strong caramel malt and pine, light bitterness. Good.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
"Definitely better than the amber. I really like the hop varieties in here, but it seems like this has a bit o shelf life on em as the hop combo works, but is not very lively for an ipa. I’m guessing this Could be quite good fresh. Mediocre as is."

Quite random IPA. Good alcohol level but still nothing particular. IPA IPA and more IPA bitterness...

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Very nice, easy drinking IPA that has a little bitterness but not overpowering like some IPAs. Could be a nice IPA introductory beer for someone wanting to try - not too bitter, not too hoppy.
