Our brown ale is smooth with a delicious nutty finish.

Actually a pretty good brown ale, has a nutty finish and a nice light brown pour. This beer is a much better offering than the previous peak organic beer I tried which was the pale ale.

Nut brown - really? Easily one of the worst brown ales Iíve ever had! The flavor is really metallic and astringent. Itís not pleasant on the palate and virtually has no aroma. Terribly disappointing as I am a big fan of nut brown ales!

Draft. Pours dark brown. Tastes and smells very malty. Light body and carbonation. Not very impressive.

UPDATED: MAR 31, 2013 Tap. Pours clear brown with average, creamy, off-white head; decent retention and lacing. Aroma is caramel and cookie malts with supporting floral hops, figs, and raisins. Flavor is sweet malts forward with supporting dark fruit esters, dry hops, light woody notes, and light toast; dry finish. Medium body and low carbonation.

The color is dark brown with a somewhat light fluffy looking off-white bubbles that doesnít leave much lacing on the glass. There are some smells of sugar and caramel. There are some faint hops but isnít overly done. A medium body, smooth, and doesnít have an aftertaste, but a dry sweet finish. Overall, this is a very good beer, I would buy this again.

This brew has a medium nut taste, other than that not too much for me to say. It is an alright beer, I just prefer other Nut Brown Ales to this one.

Medium brown color with very mild white head. Slightly roasty aroma. Tastes of roast and a little toffee. Some flavors of spruce hops. Light bodied. Overall fine beer.

Bottle sampled at Dadtoberfest 2012. Pours a deep amber brown body with thin off white lacing. Aroma is sweet nut, light fruit and bready malts. Mouthfeel is thin with notes of bread, toasted fruit malts, light fruit and nuts. Bland overall, not a big fan personally.
