This beer is on tap at Magoos (Fidlers) and is more than a pale Ale. Great honey color, nice head and lacing and plenty of hops with some caramel and bubblegum light flavors mixed in.

Tap annex ap. Clear amber with white head. Aromas of caramel, grass, lemon, pepper. Flavors of caramel, butter, lemon, herbs. Earthy and slight mustiness covering up some of caramel richness. Medium thin body with slick mouthfeel and moderate, assertive carbonation.

12oz twist-off bottle. Pale orange appearence. Airy white head. Aroma of citrus rind. Very nice hop presence in the nose. Nice earthy pale barley malt scent. A touch of caramel and buscuits. Light, thin body, full of flavor. Nice caramels. Finishes with a burst of hop bitterness. some more cirtus rind. Very nice APA.

Leighton (6956) - London, ENGLAND - AUG 16, 2010
Bottle. Pours a hazy, amber-honey with a mild, white head. Bready malt aroma with some caramel. Flavor is sweet with notes of toasted biscuit, caramel, butterscotch, and lightly bitter with some earthy hops. Medium in body with average carbonation. Finishes sweet with some modest bitterness. Not bad.

mansquito (2504) - Nueva York, New York, USA - JUL 11, 2010
Some random deli in Brooklyn: Copperish-like color with a white head that leaves lacing. Hoppy and earthy aroma (kind of smells like dirt); might have been a little skunked. Heavy on the earthy and caramel malts. Some hops. A little sodaish taste. Not very well-balanced. Their IPA is a whole lot better than this.

Boliv (1146) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 20, 2010
Bottle. Pours hazy gold with a small beige head. Aromas of sweet malt, sugar, and sour yeast. Flavor is malt upfront, a little roasty, and very slight grassy hops. Meh.

12 oz bottle - pours a golden amberish color with a thin white head. Aroma of earthiness, grass and hay - almost skunky even. Taste is fairly moderate - not offensive but certainly not exciting. A very middle of the road (bland?) pale ale. I wasn’t expecting anything super extraordinary with a pale ale but I never had a moment where I though "man, this is good".

Spelt (231) - East Kingston, New Hampshire, USA - MAY 9, 2010
On draught. Amber to brown with thick white head and nice lace. Very light floral hop aroma with malt strong on the nose. Taste is richly of carmel malt with a rather pleasant light diacetyl presence on the finish. Flavor is certainly sweet. Lots of toast, biscuit and a light butterscotch. Long finish. Nice beer but not as bitter as I might expect in a pale ale. I’d enjoy a few of these.

Poured nice hazy orange color. Very lively, bubbly, foamy 3-inch white head. Aroma floral. Flavor was an initial hit of hops, that settled in my mouth to give away to malty, caramel hints. Finishing up with hints of orange peels. It was medium bodied, mouthfeel was smooth. Nice refresher on a hot afternoon.

5/2/2010: Reddish orange, tiny white head, medium lacing. Aroma metallic, sour. Flavor nondescriptly moderately sweet, barely sour, slightly metallic better hops. Metal goes away as it breathes. Slightly sticky, medium-bodied. Peak seems to have body well figured out (though I suspect it’s by chance), but that’s it.
