mephisto (1083), Taiwan Apr 28, 2008 a smooth brew that is not nearly as overpowering as the usual apa. the appearance is amber hued with a large beige head. mildly sweet aroma with just a hint of citrus and a bit caramelly. the flavor is fruity and properly hoppy; it finishes slightly bitter.

Home Run here for and Organic ! and a damn fine Pale in it’s own right. Good hit of hop along with a clean freash taste. Oakes (6793), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Jun 24, 2008 Golden-amber colour. Aroma of caramel, toast, some diacetyl. Caramel palate, some diacetyl, toasty but balanced. The finish is relatively dry. Good, honest Maine brew.
