jezmez68 (272), Chesterton, Indiana, USA Apr 21, 2008 Pretty great ale. Light orange in color. Beautiful head. Nice amount of hops. Good bitter finish. From a sampler pack and enjoyed in a friend’s backyard on a cool but sunny day.
Dandman629 (4), Ashburn, Virginia, USA does not count Aug 17, 2008 Would you ever turn down a beer because it was not "organic"? We all love beer. Who really gives a damn if it is organic or not. This might have been the second organic beer I have ever had. The commercial description states "It’s a cross between west coast pale ale and a british style pale ale". It has the taste of a west coast pale ale and the consistency of a british pale ale. The beer has a light copper color and a walnut/caramel/maple scent. It tastes much like a light in flavor IPA with hints of caramel and citrus. Not too bad an organic beer, but nothing to brag about either. cblado (78), Wisconsin, USA Jul 29, 2008 12 oz bottle. Poured a pale golden color. Aroma was very malty. Flavor was similarly malty, very little bitter hop flavor. How is this an APA? A disappointment overall. Beerman6686 (654), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 26, 2008 Poures a clear orange color with a small off white head. Aroma was pretty mild, a bit hoppy and grassy. Flavor tastes like water and hops, very strange. swoopjones (1090), Buffalo, New York, USA Jul 20, 2008 Bottle. Nothing real special here. Slightly below average APA. Decent hop filled aroma. Taste was mild hoppiness. Just ok FROTHINGSLOSH (1465), GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 12, 2008 Sampled on draft this beer poured a bright orange-amber color with a large white head that lingers. The aroma was bitter fruity hops. The flavor was dry, bitter and buttery with a long buttery finish. Not good.
