3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
The aroma is very well balanced with citrus hops and malt. The appearance is amber gold with an average head. The taste is like the aroma with a wonderful hops bitterness that is not astringent. The palate is smooth but not thick. This is one of those beers that is tasty and also refreshing.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Very nice hoppy ale from Peak. Deep golden color with creamy head. Nose is pleasant with a typical simcoe aroma. not too aromatic though. Flavor is classic simcoe. citrus, some woodiness, slight cannibus notes. great bitterness. Thin body but it is a "spring session" beer. I can see myself having a lot of these.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours deep amber into a shaker. White head with excellent retention recedes leaving spotted sheets. Sweet grapefruit aromas. Soft with upfront caramel and marshmallow followed by a mild grapefruit finish.
