COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We love the piney, fruity flavors of Simcoe® hops. This is a classic pale ale, with a generous dry hopping of Simcoe®. Because of the restrained malt profile, the hops really pop, like flora in spring.

Amber pour. Tangy, bready aroma. It tastes like a fine, fresh pale ale. Not memorable, but good.

Draft. Clear pale color. Tan foamy head. Simcoe aroma but not bitter. Nice ale with the smells I enjoy. Medium body with nice finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear copper body, white head. Very nice fruity and piney hop aroma. Nice caramelly notes on background. Sweet and soapy malt and fruity hops in flavour. Crispy green hops and nicely balanced. Simcoe is just great.

On tap at Pour Judgement - Newport, RI. Light catty hop aroma. Flavors are crisp, but maybe not quite as rich as they could be. That said, the hop flavors are really clean and singular. Plenty of bitterness to boot. A decent hoppy pale ale.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Norm’s, 4/11/12

Aroma: The nose is citrus fruits and a little floral hops, and some malty notes
Appearance: Pours a hazed, brightish orange color, with a white head and fairly heavy lacing
Flavor: Light-mid sweet and light-mid bitter, fairly balanced, similar to the nose: citrus, herbal and floral
Palate: The body is fairly light, with a fairly easy drinking feel, but there’s something slightly off in the finish
Overall Impression: This one was alright. It is nothing particularly exciting, but it is plenty drinkable and it has some decent components to it as well.

Not sure how important organic is, but it smells great! Lots of tangerine and hops with a light aroma of wet-mowed grass. The taste was pretty hoppy and bitter... this is NOT an IPA!? Finishing dry and clean, this beer reminds me of a solid IPA.

This one straddles the line between a standard pale and something hoppier. It has a grassy citrus and pine aroma and a lightly hazed orange color. Found the taste to be predominantly grapefruit, and hopped just enough to avoid being truly bitter. 55 BUs maybe. Good medium body, very crisp. Better than the same brewer’s india.

This was tasted at the Capital Ale House in Innsbrook on their "steal the glass night". This APA was very mild, The clear color and nice head were the strong points. I fail to see the benefits of organic ale. I need to learn what is positive about that. This was a mild verison of APA. Some mild bitterness but very tame. Smooth finish with no bitter aftertaste.
