COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We love the piney, fruity flavors of Simcoe® hops. This is a classic pale ale, with a generous dry hopping of Simcoe®. Because of the restrained malt profile, the hops really pop, like flora in spring.

Coppery gold in color with a thin skim of white bubbles. Aroma carries the same green smell like a bag of hop pellets with spritzy citrus and pine notes and even a bit of lemongrass. Taste is like a weaker infused tea version of the aroma, which carries the herbal, grassy dry-hop components. It’s not unpleasant , just conspicuously dry-hopped. $2/12oz

Tap pour. Clean basketball orange in glass. Healthy head and lacing. Very mild aroma. Taste plays a little stronger. Light citrus. Simcoe of you focus on it / are primed. Eh.

From a 12 oz bottle shared at home. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Juicy tropical fruit and light citrus flavors. Light bitter finish.

Clear gold. No head aroma is pineor ward, a little tropical fruit thin taste. Finish is thin, simcoe is tasty but not a lot going on. It’s a good thing I like this hope variety.

Pours a finger of head on a clear straw body. The aroma is bright flowers, pine and honey. Nice. The taste has dry bitterness throughout, a touch of sweetness in the middle. The texture is crisp. Great aroma and a good flavor.

Draft. Clear copper color in a standard shaker. Aroma is mild pine and caramel. Body is the light side of med. The flavor is mostly pine with the light malt sweetness. Bitterness is lightly lingering.

ScipioA (365) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - MAR 14, 2015
Clear orange with vigorous carbonation and a tan head. Aromas are pine and weed showing off the danker side of hops, with a little alcohol as it warms. Flavors are fairly similar but with a slightly caramel base. Aftertaste is bitter and caramel. The beer froths up into a foam if you swish it around, but otherwise a fairly light body. Tasty single-hop.

Bottle to glass. Spring grass and slight pine. Pours a copper-gold with ivory head. Taste is overt pine with slight citrus. Fresh and clean with moderate low hop bitterness.

12oz bottle pours clear toasted orange with two finger head. Nose has some nice orange, citrus, tangerine, and pine. Taste has good hop malt balance, light crackery base and some low bitterness citrus and fruit. Finishes low bitterness, honey cracker, touch of orange sweetness, citrus and soft piney notes.

Profumi classici x una apa agrumati e soprattutto citrici in questo caso, al gusto ottimo corpo e una straordinaria beverinità. Ottima birra. ---Rated BY Italianbeer85
