20110322 12oz bottle from State Line. Dark gold color with lasting white head. Aroma is a catty Simcoe bomb with only mild biscuity malts. Thin bodied and scrapingly bitter. Not a bad little sessionable pale ale, if you enjoy and are in the mood for a blast of Simcoe

12 oz bottle. pours an orange color with a 2 finger white head. pine / citrus / honey Simcoe hop aromas - I generally prefer other hop varieties - but the Simcoe is shining well here. med body - somewhat sweet with caramel malts, but the Simcoe hops dominate throughout with a nice piney and citrus bitterness. finishes nice and dry - very well attenuation. extremely drinkable. nice bitter lemon / orange finish.
