A traditional summer wheat beer marries a west coast Pale ale. Brewed with locally grown wheat, providing a complex mouthfeel, and single-hopped and generously dry-hopped with Amarillo, creating a glorious citrusy aroma and finish. The approachable 5% abv makes this the perfect session beer on a summer day.

Iím surprised by how much I like this beer! Pours a nice gold with a nice white head. Plenty of lacing. Aroma is sweet and citrusy wheat notes are also plentiful. flavor is more complex then must summer session beers, citrus notes with a sweet malty wheat finish

Bottle. Pours a dark golden color with an extremely thick head. Lots of floral and citrus notes to the aroma, but the flavor it somewhat muted. Itís very light on the palate, but not a huge amount of flavor.

On tap at John Dory Oyster Bar. Pours a clear dark gold with neverending white lacing; the lacing remained the entire 40 minutes I was drinking this! Aroma of sharp pine needles, honey, and orange peel. Flavor has a nice honey suckle sweetness with orange peel, pine, and slight diacetyl. Sharp pine finish takes away from the honey suckle and orange peel. Way hoppier than I expected. Although I liked the beer, by no means is this a wheat ale and no way would I consider it sessionable.

Pours light golden with a wispy white head. Nose of grassy hops, some citrus, and hay. Surprisingly hoppy, but tending toward the soapy side. Light palate and somewhat thin taste, but still a solid summer beer.

Good malty texture and mouthfeel, but overall thin taste that I was expecting more out of.

Draft @ Union Hall w E. Pours clear gold/light amber with basic white head. Piney aroma and light piney hop palate with a touch of lemon zest. Nice summer beer - not just a light, boring lager like most, but actually has a good hop smell and taste.

Had at Holden with father. Ok beer with clear taste and color. I don't believe the organic hype so it was an average beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This was a beer given to me while on vacation at Holden Beach. The beer poured a yellow to straw color with a white frothy head. This is great beach beer. There was some bitterness but mild. The beer is somewhat thin and not what I normally try. There was some lemon on the tongue and the finish was smooth with a mild bitterness. Carbonation was average and a light body.
