COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional summer wheat beer marries a west coast Pale ale. Brewed with locally grown wheat, providing a complex mouthfeel, and single-hopped and generously dry-hopped with Amarillo, creating a glorious citrusy aroma and finish. The approachable 5% abv makes this the perfect session beer on a summer day.

Bottle - via Ale in the Mail. Medium golden color - clear. Very clean aroma. Strong, nasty diacetyl taste - hops are there and slightly skunked. Not good.

At a tasting, thanks zvikar, small bubbly, head, hazy yellow color, light aroma of pine, wood and white fruits, flavor of fruit and wood with an herbal hoppiness and a medium bitterness. Nice and easy.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks zvikar. Hazy yellow with a white head. Nice hoppy aroma with some tropical fruits and flowers. Flavor is quite dry with fruity hops and a fresh bitterish finish. Light to medium-bodied. Refreshing.

Nothing too out of this world. A floral, grassy aroma with some hops and in the flavor. Pretty crisp and easy to drink.

Bottle: surprisingly complex and full-bodied not the typical thin watery summer ale. Very nice hopiness. Food Pairing: Spicy thai food

Floral hops predominate with earthy tones that make this a really special summer beer. Makes me wish summer would never end.

Spicy grapefruit citrus aroma jumps at you. Clear amber color with moderate bubbled head. Light bitterness and heavy on the sourness. Some lemon in the background. Sour finish. It’s OK but too impressive. On a side note: the brewers labels seem to be on he cheap bargain basement type and doesn’t make a great first impression.

12 oz bottle. Surprisingly hoppy. Not to bad of a beer, but nothing special. Hops seem to be just there to be hoppy. Not a real smooth hop. I dont taste the wheat at all. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle, best enjoyed before November 2014, poured into a weizen glass. Pours clear pale yellow with small/medium white head. Aroma is stronger floral hops, medium/light body, medium/light carbonation, and big bubble lacing. Taste is floral (reminds me of dandelion) crisp hops with bitter finish. American wheat beer with pilsner characteristics with quite a bit of flavor, but not my thing.

Had from a bottle at home. Decent beer but nothing to get too excited about. Average.
