Should be named Ed’s Big Ass Red. Almost no aroma. This flavor is a bit thick and caramelly at first. But also a bit off to me. The finish is hoppy, just like all their beers and tasty. Overall pretty good.

2010-06-30. Crisp red-brown body with a modest beige head. Flavour is sweetly malt with a mild alcohol undercurrent, light bitterness balances it. Simple but enjoyable. 7+ Aroma is mild for a biggish beer, mild sweet malt with toasty caramel accents. 6+ Smooth average plus bodied palate. Pleasant. [3043-20100630] Tap. Light smoky aroma. Slightly hazy, dark amber red body with a long-lasting creamy off-white head. Thick orange juice flavour seems more like cider. Medium body is fairly smooth. Some smooth toasted malt is good.

Deep amber color, with an off white head. Aroma is a caramel sweetness, and maltiness. Taste is toffee, a bit of diacytel but in this beer I think it’s good, light hoppiness in the background.
