Aug 6, 2008 [1348-20080517] Tap. Yeasty grains aroma. Clear, medium orange amber body with a medium-lasting creamy off-white head. Yeasty fruitiness continues in the flavour. Medium body. House yeast is fair but noticeable, making it forgetable compared to its brothers.

May 29, 2008 Listed as "Canal Lock Bock". Pours clear orange with an off white head. Malty aroma with caramel and a bit of bread/yeast. Medium body. Flavor is very similar to the aroma. Not bad.

May 19, 2008 2008-05-17. Listed as simply Bock. Golden body approaches amber, near headless. Sweet malt, house yeast in the aroma, light generic fruit. Sweeter flavour with a rough grainy over layer. Strong house yeast notes, sweetness lingers. Average palate. Meh. Sampler at the brewpub.
