Our Irish style Oatmeal Stout, Street Brawler lives up to its name with a great kick of roasted barley flavor delivered in a dark, malty, full-bodied package that, despite its rough, tough appearance, goes down smooth as silk!

Sample from tap at the brewery. Black with a tight cream head; oatmeal aroma; oaty taste, with traces of black treacle and tar; and a sweet satisfying finish. The best of the bunch.

Black/brown pour with tan head and lace. Aroma is light chocolate and roasted malt. Sweet chocolate start with roasted malt, light coffee followed by a medium/mild bitter finish. Medium bodied with a touch of wateriness at the finish. a touch away from being really good

On tap at Pearl Street. Really dark brown with a medium-brown frothy head that is fully lasting. Oak is the first thing I pick up in the aroma, beneath that some hazelnuts and earth - blindfolded, I’m not positive that I could have told you that this was a stout. Flavor is mildly sweet up front with a moderate roast and a dry cocoa powder finish. A solid stout, not sure what is up with the aroma. They need to use this as the base for their chocolate stout to make a really top-notch Billy Bonka.

I love how smooth and perfectly balanced this is. It takes full advantage of the local water source. A must have if you can get your hands on it.

Deep black pour with a tight tan head. The aroma is fairly cocoaish. Soft blackberry fruit and a soft oaty sweetness as well. Very rich and creamy palate. Its got a nice soft herbal chocolate flavour on the back. Pretty damn nice stuff.
