I love how smooth and perfectly balanced this is. It takes full advantage of the local water source. A must have if you can get your hands on it.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a dark brown with a thick tan head. Aroma of vanilla, nougat, sweet roasted malt. Flavor of sweet fruit (cherry), rich roasted malt, caramel, vanilla, nougat, bitter chocolate. Decent oatmeal stout, slightly tart.

Had on draft @ the Pearl Street brewpub, Buffalo,NY .. . pours a deep coffee brown black .. coco light head .. . hazard is dumb .. . sweet tar .. light bitters .. . light but solid mouth .. . . 1st half hattrick for Falcao against the chelsea scum..

Draft at the Pub. Poured black with a thin beige head. Sweet and roasted aroma with caramel and milk. Medium, smooth body. Flavor is roasted with smoke, caramel, and milk chocolate. Pretty good.

On tap at the brew pub. Black with dark tan head. Actually very good. Could taste the oatmeal for sure. Very delicious and I would buy a pint of this next time I was there.

Deep black pour with a tight tan head. The aroma is fairly cocoaish. Soft blackberry fruit and a soft oaty sweetness as well. Very rich and creamy palate. Its got a nice soft herbal chocolate flavour on the back. Pretty damn nice stuff.

Very easy drinking stout. I was impressed how great this beer tasted followed by a very smooth easy finish. Was lacking a little flavour and bitterness for a stout, but otherwise awesome! Highly recommend this beer even to non-stout fans

Draught at the brewpub. Sweet chocolate aroma. Black colour, small brown head. The flavour is nicely roasted, good chocolate note. Late fresh ground coffee aftertaste.
