2012-12-07. Hazy dark orange body, nice beige head and lace. Big hoppy aroma, fruit notes that fade, modest alcohol, citrus, melon notes, tropical fruit that grows as it warms. 7++ Flavour is super hoppy, good amount of bitterness, citrus and tropical fruit melange, modest alcohol that grows as it warms up. Bit boozy overall and quite bitter in the second half but very nice. Average plus to medium bodied palate. On tap at Coles, Buffalo

draft at Coles, nice IPA, fruity floral notes in both aroma & flavor. Big dose of bitterness towards finish. hopefully a sign of things coming in the Buffalo Beer community

Draft. Pours orange with an off white head. Fruity hops, flowery, and lightly sweet malty notes. Just a tad too harshly bitter in the finish, but good nonetheless.

On tap at Coles. This is the collaboration beer from Pearl Street, CBW, Big Ditch, and Gene McCarthy’s, I didn’t see it listed anywhere else on here. Pretty sweet for an IPA, very honey-ish. Had a bit of a flowery-ness to it. Enjoyable.
