Commercial Description:
Our Spring seasonal, this Dopplebock really comes shining through. A six-malt traditional Dopplebock made with the Pearl Street Brewery's finesse, "Evil~D" is deep caramel brew, rich with pungent flavors of German hops. Only at select establishments and only available early in the season.

On draught at the brewery’s taproom in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. Pours a hazy orange/caramel colored brew with a creamy beige head that has excellent retention and lacing. Aroma of multi-grain caramel malt, some orange zest, flowery hops and a hint of fruit. Taste is full bodied, light carbonated with a very malty flavor of caramel, flowery hops, a hint of toffee and orange zest. Finish is creamy and a slight alcohol warmth with a more maibock malt aftertaste flavor than doppelbock.
