rudolf (1561), Buffalo, New York, USA Aug 19, 2006 Perfectly clear medium-dark tan. Nose is caramel, earthy hops, a hint of bananna, orange. Flavor is rich dusty caramel malt, grass. Maybe a hint of bananna & clove in the finish. Nice body. The yeast & clove I would expect from a dunkelweiss just isn’t here.
