2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours deep bronze colour with good head. Very little aroma, but some earthy, leathery aroma. Taste is mild with some bitter. I don’t traditionally like this kind of hops in a pale ale though. Just ok.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap. Not sure how I’ve never reviewed this before, seems I’ve had it plenty of times. It’s nothing too special, pours a nice amber color and is pretty simple. A good bit of malt, not a ton of hops in it. I don’t go out of my way to get it, given their other options, but I was there for a long while and needed something lighter to have for a session.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Had on draft @ the Pearl Street brewpub, Buffalo,NY .. . pours copper .. low foam .. light lacing .. . nice bitters .. easy to put down .. . i find it funny that Pearl Street has a beer named Lackawanna Lager, now, on my way outta town i actually had the misfortune of driving through that town looking for a gas station and i can tell you- that Lackawanna has to be one of the shittiest dirtiest crappiest little asshole of a town in america... so i am assuming that Lackawanna Lager is a malt liquor made with dumpster garbage and crack cocaine...

On tap at the Brewpub. Nice light hop citrus aroma. Orange in the glass with very little head. Light malt taste with appropriate amount of hops. A little watery. A very simple session ale that was ok.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Deep golden topped by a big thick off-white head. The nose is quite fruity with a bit of light berry and a little bit of orange as well. There is a touch of pine, but its not really resinous at all. Nice and balanced. Mostly pale malt and it seems like a mix of US and UK hops, but I suspect thats not really the case. Tasty, balanced pale ale - not nearly as hoppy as they advertise though.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Amber with small head. Aroma hops and malt not too powerful. Medium body, pretty drinkable. Tastes of nonspecific hops and some malt balance, bitter but maybe less than average for an IPA. Reasonable but not special.
