Golden body with a ring of head. Clean grainy nose that leads to a lightly tannic flavor, that again is clean and nice enough, Very fresh tasting. This is a solid golden ale/light beer.

It begins... Pearl Street Grill & Brewery is a beautiful place, fine staff, great environment, and the beer is quite nice. The Light House Blonde Ale was very enjoyable, and one of the better beers on the Light end of my sample flight.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear yellow colour. Very small white head. The flavour is bready and grainy. Sourish finish. OK chalky note. Slightly watery finish.

[1349-20080517] Tap. Light plastic wheatie grains aroma has a tinge of yeast. Clear, light yellow brown body with a medium-lasting creamy white head. Smooth and yeasty flavour. Light body.

Pours yellow with a thin white head. Caramel, grain, and butter in the aroma, as well as some trace hops. Medium body. Flavor again has a faint honey or caramel sweetness to it, as well as a light bready note. Finishes with a very faint hoppy note. Not bad.
