I’ve had this a few times over the years - going through my Pearl Street ratings and filling out the ones that I’m familar with. For the style, I think this is actually pretty good. The blueberry isn’t overpowering, but it has a very nice blueberry aftertaste. Very crisp beer. Not really my style, but it’s pretty good.

[3885-20110819] Tap. Doughy yeast aroma hints at citrus and later at hot pepper. Slightly hazy, yellow brown body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Citrus-tinted sourdoughy yeast flavour has a lingering bitterness. Medium body. Good, though the lemon slice might have influenced it before I could remove it. (7/3/6/3/11) 3.0

2011-08-19. Crisp dark yellow body with a small white head. Aroma has a strong floral-pepper aroma, bit of yeast, straw. 6+ Flavour is similar, fairly dry pale malt, grassy straw like notes, sharp spice. Average bodied palate. Bit overspiced. On tap at Pearl St., Buffalo

Very pale golden-straw coloured pour. The aroma is coriander and light wheat malt. The yeast is actually nicely zesty and the coriander contribution seems pretty well-restrained. Quite thirst quenching - I like this more than I usually like witbier. Light-bodied with a lingering bready wheat malt character.

Draft. Pale golden pour with some white head. Huge orange, citrus, sweet spiced and malty aroma. Flavor light orange, coriander, some wheat, floral tones. Could use more yeast presence.

Aroma: It has a nose of lots of Belgian yeast-like spice, some lemon, orange, and wheat
Appearance: It pours a clear golden-yellow with a tiny white head
Flavor: The taste is clean yeasty spice with a lemony finish to it
Palate: The body is on this beer is light, and it has a crisp-clean feel to it
Overall Impression:
My first beer from this brewery I do believe, and is a pretty solid Belgian White. Not overly impressive, just crisp, clean, and enjoyable.

Tap at goodbar. Nose is strongly spiced Ginger/cardamom, sweet cereal notes, light yeast, bubblegum. Flavor is lightly toasted malt, a sizable hit of yeasty spice (cardamom and clove domnated). Nice but a bit spicy for me.
