Our own cherry-wheat, it's Wild Ox with an attitude in the form of intense cherry flavor.

Lightly hazed yellow pour with creamy light white head and lace. Light cherries on the nose. Flavor is light cherry, wheaty malt, and a flat bitter wheaty finish. Medium bodied and fizzy. pretty nice

Flat, cloudy body. Cherry throat losenger smell--quite artificial. Green cherry flavor. Ok, but not memorable.

Had on draft @ the Pearl Street brewpub, Buffalo,NY .. . quick aftertaste .. . mild mouthfeel .. . pure cherry but simple .. . light hay too .. pretty good brew .. . . well, its common knowledge isn’t. no one puts an onion under their arm without peeling it...

On tap at the brew pub. Aroma of light cherrys and some malt in there. Flavour is all cherry. Really good. I was really impressed. Would have again for sure.

Very light taste of cherrys. Usually beers that are flavoured with a fruit can be very sweet and have a bit too much sugars but this one was just about right. Overall this is a good beer.

Cherries have always been one of my more preferred fruit flavors, so it is no surprise that I enjoyed this Fruit Beer a lot. There is a first for everything!

Draught at the brewpub. Peach pit aroma, hint of marcipan. Cloudy yellow colour. The flavour is sweetish with some strange old fruit note. Hint of plastic in the finish.

Exactly what you’d expect from the name and style. It was very light, fairly refreshing...and tasted of cherries. My girlfriend had it on tap a few times during the evening and they put cherries in the bottom of the glass - I thought that was kinda unique. This one was ok - probably not something I’d order for myself though.

Tap at Pearl St. Pours a lightly hazed yellow gold. Artifical cherry wheaty aroma. taste was slight maraschino cherry & american wheat beer. OK

[1346-20080517] Tap. Sweet cherry fruit aroma, not sickly. Slightly hazy, light orange brown body with a quick bubbly white head. Cherry wheat grain flavour. Medium body is grainy. Really interesting concoction but not exactly ready for a full pint (perhaps much like its namesake?).
