Cloudy, tangerine colored body with a ring of head. Nose strikes a rather dank chord and the body is somewhat phenolic and rather funky. Wet shoe, sour twangy finish.

Had on draft @ the Pearl Street brewpub, Buffalo,NY .. . this is basically your simple amercian wheat .. low esters .. some bitters .. . clean finish .. . average at best .. . . .. . .this whole place puffs of the wacky tobacky, i’m outta here!

Sample #2 at the Pub. Translucent gold with virtually no head, no lacing....bananas and cream nose is sweet and rather one-dimensional though a bit of spice does show up as it warms. No real spicy/fruity character to speak of here until the finish. Strong mineralic content. Well, I expected some lemon flavor in this.

On tap at the brew pub. Clear golden yellow with small head that retained. Not a lot to this wheat. Very typical banana flavour.

This beer doesn’t have a ton of flavour. but it is nice and works for this style. I prob wouldnt order this one again, but mainly due to the fact this brewery has a ton of other great beers, I would drink this over just about every macro.

a decent and tolerable Wheat Ale. Not my favorite from the flight, but you can’t complain about a sip or two.

Draught at the brewpub. Mild spicy aroma, coriander. Cloudy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is plasticky, a little spicy. Too much plastic.

Lightly hazy gold, thin white head. Nose is very nice banana, bubblegum & malt if a bit sweet. Flavor is predominantly banana and clove. A bit thin/watery and in need of a higher level of carbonation to liven it up.

Clove and bananna nose. Quite a bit of bubblegum at first, with bananna, apple & other fruits. A bit too watery for me.

Enjoyed on tap at the brewpub. Hefe yeast, white hed on cloudy yellow. Served too cold, wheat sourish, watery mouthfeel. Drinkable, carbonation right there, though mediocre for the style.

Sour wheat, unfiltered. Pale yellow with a whisp of a head. Calls for food accompaniment.
