Aroma is absent and confined to very little caramel malt. The taste is, however, fresh and welcoming. It has good shade of newly harvested grain, and at one point in the taste spectrum, I have the perception that the wheat malt is used. Small fruity notes of peach lurking in the background and its hop profile is typical German dominated - obviously in a good way, where the hops helps to prolong the malt fruity expressed since pulling a little caramel on the taste. Hoppy and semi-dry aftertaste.

330 ml bottle. Light sunrise orange, crystal clear, with an average, creamy, moderately persistent bright white head. Decent lacing. On the nose toasted malts, some nuts/almonds, a hint of wet cardboard, slightly grainy and dusty, some honey-like sweetness. Grainy as well in the mouth, with some malty sweetness, light astringency, Average fruitness, but the alchool is, imho, too present. Average carbonation, medium body, slightly oily texture. No real flaws here, but not a beer I’d buy more than once.

Dull bronze, quite sweet, bit doughy on the pale malts. Some alcohol comes in late. Straddles ESL/heller bock.
