COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Birra Speciale di colore chiaro, dai riflessi d’oro intenso. I lunghi tempi di fermentazione e maturazione esaltano la componente aromatica delle materie prime. Il suo gusto pieno e leggermente fruttato la rende apprezzata anche dai palati più esigenti e adatta a molteplici abbinamenti gastronomici.

Deep yellow, small white head with thin filmy retention. Malty nose with a touch of caramel and oily notes. Taste is malty with vague caramel, industrial hops, weird oily-boozy burn in the aftertaste. Medium body, prickly carbonation, oily palate.

Sticky lager malts aroma, just a touch of caramel, really bland. Pale orange, brief off-white head. Caramelly retronasals, some mushroomy retronasals too. Very dirty taste, slicky and drying. Extracty hops are metallic. Mushroomy and sweet finish. Not a very pleasant lager, IMHO. Donated it to professor sink, so that he could do experiments on the sample.

75cl swing-top bottle 3.90€, 5.9%. Pours dark yellow with a small smooth creamy white head. Quiet on the nose. Aroma of soft grains with a bit of caramel and a roper grassy hop edge. Taste is sweetish with a nice bitterness in the finish. Simple and medium bodied, creamy to oily texture, a quite nice product.
