Bottle, 25 cl. RE-tasted last friday. Hazy yellow color, with foamy frothy white head. Thin to medium body. Aroma yeast, grains malts, bit wheaty, spice. Taste sweet (honey) malts, little sour, yeast, going to a whitbeer. Good.

Yeasty, grainy nose. Hazy yellow-gold color, foamy frothy white head. Honey malt - light, with an orange tight. Sour, lactice end. Complex yeast blen. Thin and cutting. Interesting. I enjoyed the character of this beer.

Honey aroma, citrus. cloudy, light yellow coloured, lasting head. Taste is a bit fruit-lambic like, sour, some citrus. Oaky palate.

Very pale golden; huge snow-white head fed by good carbonation. Faint lemony, lactic acid, bit peppery-spicey aroma. Again soft sourish, wheaty touch, citrus/lemony again. Touch of grains of Paradise? Gets sweeter retronasal, but the acidity keeps until in the aftertaste. Rather light bodied, certain slickness, again not un-wheaty. It’s not supposed to be a witbier, but it has markedly wheaty notes. I actually wish more witbier resembled this.
