Cask conditioned handpump Queen Adelaide Northampton 11/07/12. A hazy blonde beer with a whitish head and lacing. Zesty lemony and soapy. Light citrus hoppiness. Summery flavours. Too much soapiness but it’s acceptable.

Cask at the Cambridge Blue, Cambridge on 6th September 2012. Clear gold with virtually no head or lacing. Swetish caramel aroma. Richly hoppy with slight cheesiness in-mouth; becoming grassy and bitter in the finish. Smooth but NOT flat. Quaffable.

Cask conditioned at The Crown, Oxford. Gold with white head. Light but reasonably tasty blonde beer, malt lead, biscuity drying with a light lemony note in the background. Inoffensive without getting exciting. Ok.

From the Harp Inn in Neston. The beer has a Golden yellow hue with a small white head. The smell is strong with citrus wastums (fruits). The smatch (taste) is dry at first, then full of grapefruit. Overall, an alright beer for summertime.
