On tap in brewpub. Pours hazy dark copper color with white head. Aroma is fruity and sweet, hint of honey. Taste is sweet, honey and some yeast. Medium body.

On tap at the brewpub (04/03/13). Clear dark gold pour topped by a thin white head. Aroma is really booze froward, pretty aggressive and aggravating, estery, pineapple-booze, not particularly inviting. Grainy as in grain alcohol flavour, pineapple, really fruity, a tad cloying. Palate is well carbed that manages to cut through some of the sweetness, but it is still quite unpleasant.

My Bottom Line:
Floral hops and svelte caramel malts lean on alcohol and wooden hop bitterness in this storyless, unpolished lager.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam tops the misty amber.
-Carbonation was soft and the body slender, which normally would have helped drinkability.
-Fruity edges are found.
-Another disappointing offering from Pegas. Tastes like this brewery is on auto-pilot, living off of tourists and business people staying at the hotel. There are many better places in Brno...

Nebolo to zlé, ale mohlo to být lepší. Chuťově výrazné, ale jedno stačilo. Točené v pegasu na české.

Pours copper with a beige head. Aroma is caramel, light spice and light acidic. Flavour is caramel, grass, pine and light DMS.

Keg at Pegas. Pours Amber with a foamy white head. Sweet caramel. Some hops. Nice Co2 prickle. Good body. Pretty nice.

1.5l bottle. Not bad at all. Longer you drink it - better tastes. Dark brown color, big head.

On tap at brewery restaurant. Slightly hazy deep copper colour. Medium creamy beige head. Aroma of honey, caramel, grassy hops, spicy (cinnamon?). Taste medium to heavy sweet, light to medium bitter. Light bitter, light sweet finish.

on tap at the brewery. clear rich golden, sparkling with a bold head; honeyed hay aroma; simple and clean with some golden syrup and a tinny bitter finish

From tap in Brno, amber coloured with some darker foamy white head. Smell: some alcohol, woody, oaky, whisky alike smell. Taste: malty, yeasty, oaky, chestnuts, whiskey. Perfect beer to drink in a nice pub all day long.
