Pegas Tmavé

Tap@ Minipivovar Pegas, Bruenn: Deep ruby and amber coloured with a medium sized creamy head, the fruity, slightly sourish nose pushes down the dark malty aromas, moderate sweet bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, moderate sweet and bitter flavour, finishes fruity and caramelly. Not really convincing, possibly infected.......

Dark, almost opaque, ruby brown color, beautiful cloudy tanned head. Caramelly, a bit coffeish aroma. Quite chocolaty - coffeish flavor, caramelly flavors. Light hop profile. Well-balanced chocolaty dunkel.

Pours deep mahogany, almost black. A great, creamy, beige head on top. Aroma has sweet chocolate, some hay-like hops. Light and lively mouthfeel. Flavour has notes of tarty black currants, but is dominated by fine chocolate and a good roasted finish. Very drinkable.

deep purple with splotchy head. aroma of red wine and molasses and salt. quite odd, light and with little sweetness. cocoa powder and a little banana and stewed apple. weird but okay

Draught. Black colour, OK head. Mild roasted flavour with hint of chocolate.
