On tap at the brewery. Pours darker than most browns. Almost black roasty smell. Hints of coffee. It’s your average brown. Not nearly as good as the cream and sugar please.

Pours a ruby-brown color with a short, light caramel colored head. Roasted nose. Smooth cottony mouthfeel with a little scrubbiness. Toast, not too sweet, not too bitter--pretty smooth and mellow.

Brown pour with tan head. Aroma is nut and roast malt. Taste adds a bitter chocolate. Nice.

This poured a medium brow with a beige head. Aroma was of nuts, toast and chocolate. Flavor was the deep flavorful brown that’s worth drinking.

Man I don't know what it is about cycle, but very little impresses me from these guys. A below average brown ale here. At least Pumqueen was impressive. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Cycle Brewing St. Pete. Pours a deep reddish brown with a small-ish off-white head. Lots of coffee in the aroma, along with some caramel and malt notes. Coffee, cocoa, and cashews pretty much sums up the flavor - feels a little more like a porter than a brown, just a little thinner. Very good, though.

7/10/13. On tap at Peg’s Cantina. Light brown amber pour with a small khaki head. Light chocolate, nuttiness, and a hint of caramel playing around in there as well. Tasty enough.

Tap at Pegs. It pours opaque very dark brown with a small beige head. The nose is roasty, toast, earth, cocoa and peanut. The taste is roasty, toast, caramel, earth, but, tobacco and mild acidity with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonaton. Decent all-round brown ale.
