Hazy straw colored pour with a fluffy white head. Aroma is bubblegum and banana. Flavor follows suite maybe a clove-y aftertaste. Decent tho I must admit hefe’s are not my thing

Draft… Murky, dirty yellow ale with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Terrific retention. The yeasty, fruity nose offers bread dough, banana, bubblegum and faint clove. Medium-bodied and very creamy with zippy carbonation. Well-balanced. Hopped nicely. Notes of under-ripe banana and citrus peels. Finishes crisply, fruity and lightly bitter. Damn nice hefe.

On tap at Peg’s pouring murky dark grapefruit juice with semi creamy white head with some sheet lacing. The aroma has modest notes of banana, cloves and yeasty spiciness as well as a touch of lemon. The taste is bold and full of flavor with banana, cloves, spicy hops, floral hops and some spicy yeastiness in the background. Nice Hefe.

On draft at FBG Fest. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is wheat, bread, banana, clove, and some pepper. Flavor is similar with a refreshing bit of citrus, banana, and clove. Light and sessionable hefe. Had to try some before Doug ran out. Light bodied and sessionably enjoyable.
