Growler released 2 weeks ago Thankfully NOT infected!

A - Pours pitch black, midnight oily black, almost no head, completely still in the glass despite a HUGE pop of the growler top.

S - Odd mix or smells I get chocolate and burnt aromas. A bit plasticy aroma with some weird vinegar but itís no where near what an infected beer tastes like (chemical, red wine, tart, etc) but itís got some nice aromas but very similar to what we got in our Noon (berliner weisse growler, plastic)

T - Okay shit, there is a tight tartness on the taste. Pedio? and a hint of lactic acid? yeah some grape skins as well. still some chocolate and whiskey it tastes like itís REALLY good but sadly, not as good as it could be.

M - Heavy and slick. mild carbonation

O - I can tell how good this beer could be...but itís not that. Gonna rate this one on a curve. gonna not give it a 2 but a 3.5...if I get a non infected bottle, Iíll re-rate.

Growler from Homer321, thanks bro. Poured a pitch black oily body with a smaller tight foamy dark brown head. Aroma of burnt malts, dark toast, dark chocolate, pickle juice, touch of lemon juice. Body has average carbonation and a nice aftertaste with a fuller slightly chalky body. Flavor of dark chocolate, some acetone perhaps, pickles, some dark fruit skins, burnt toast.

UPDATED: AUG 17, 2013 Growler. Shared thanks to Dave. Pours a rich black color with a thin rusty brown head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, some booze, and a chemically after smell. Taste starts off roasty, dark chocolate, some light dark fruit notes, and ends really sour.

This one poured a dark brown with a big tan head. Aroma was light barrel, chocolate, medium roast and mild lactic notes. Flavor was lacking in barrel, mainly soy and medium roast, and mild astringency, not bad, but lacking refinement to be great.

Mini-growler of the latest release as of this date from Tony. Aroma and flavor is smooth whiskey, chocolate caramel, and toasted malts. I'm not going to say too much more because I think this had some traces of Pedio, which tarted it up some and made the edges bright for me. Hopefully, I get this one again, as I loved RareR. Good beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: AUG 23, 2013 Thanks Joe. Pours an oily black with a tan head. Some aroma of whiskey and some soy. Aroma of chocolate and vanilla. Slight heat in the taste. Maybe slightly infected but not too off. Edit: had another and no signs of infection. Pure deliciousness all amount. Whiskey aroma and great amount of heat.

Swingtop growler sampled at Natifest 2013. Deep dark brown color. Minimal khaki head. Couple loose bits of lace. Awesome, big barrely aroma. Tannins, some vanilla, light spice. OK, so this is a bit tart. I donít mind, but from here on out Iím looking at this as a sour stout (which I usually enjoy anyway). Bigger body. Some chewiness. Good, sour stout.

Growler. Thanks Hallinghansen for the sample. Pours black with bubbles on top. Chocolate, roast, wood, vanilla and raisins. Smooth and oily. Downright tasty and delicious. Fine barrel complexity. Thanks Jacob.

an odd sour stout, the bourbon and the tartness do not work together, the infection is really weird, oh well, why does tampa infect so many beers?
