2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Slight malty aroma with some chemical bitter hops. Medium-dark amber clear with off-white frothy lacing head. Medium-heavy watery body with light-medium carbonation. Starts medium sweet, with malt, syrup, bit of vapor, and a salty bitterness - like softened water. Finish is sweet with some chemical bitterness, and after is light nutty sweet.

Light amber color. Not bad, but absolutely nothing to say, just some caramel (of course…).

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
As the name reveils this is an amber ale with all its favours. Beautiful in the glass and easy-drunk as most ales, with a little sweetness.

UPDATED: JAN 11, 2004 Amber ale with a quick disapearing frothy head. Aroma of citrus, caramel and hop with some metallic hints. Taste is sweet and malty with some bitterness. Quite ok but perhaps too sweet.

Dark golden beer with a light head, and a malty lemonade like aroma. A predominately malt flavour with a citric fizz. A good summer beer.

I would hear what you think about it. I find it good and like this hop taste. But extract has perhaps less perfume than real hops.
