Draft at a cafe in Lille. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma of light malt, hops, grain and caramel. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.

Not a bad brew. Enjoyed in France. Refreshing and light...a thirst quencher.

clear pale golden with fine head. aroma of grass and hay. crisp, well-balanced taste. Pleasantly bitter finish.

Watery and with not much flavour, and low and medium carbonation, makes a not so great beer. Although drinkable.

1L pour from tap at random restaurant in La Defense. Depending on your point of view, the best thing about this was probably that it was big. Dimpled stein, sort of fun. I think the other patrons thought I was a German. In any case, pale gold, slight head. Aroma is corny sweet. Flavor matches, slight balancing hop bitterness. Lager that is intruding on malt liquor territory thanks to the somewhat underattenuated profile. Blechish.

Average tasting lager with a bitter taste, not great but drinkable, not sure I’d have it again

Good, light yellow head, clear, over finely carbonated straw-golden beer, classic lace. Good dose of pale and toasted malts, some (indifferent) hops all the same. Quite bitter flavour, but falling flat, then a flavour as from rotting grass. Quite carbonated, light, gristslickness. Sticky warming up. Better than some.
