Can. High creamy and long lasting white head. Clear golden body. Strong barley malt flavor but nothing else. Flavor is relatively sweet barley malt with low carbonation and a short aftertaste. A bit strange to call it a pale lager with such a high alcohol percantage. This is however well hidden.

50cl can from Leclerc. Amber with a soapy looking white head; fresh grassy hop aroma; full bodied, but too sweet, malt flavours; some bitterness to finish. Not a bad blonde, considering it’s under one Euro a can.

UPDATED: JAN 4, 2011 (bottled & draught around Brittany) oHh stick to their dark lager , the grimy and flavoursome Pelforth Dark: But that beer is seldom seen other than in hypermarkets ,never draught. Pelforth Blonde is pretty much permanently on on tap in a lot of bars and resturants . If they inisit on this ,Leffe or Heniken , and there’ s nothing like Hoeggarden ,stick to wine.

Can, 5.8%. Strong baking yeast aroma, some sewer. Clear golden colour. Big stable white head. The flavour has some light malts and sweetness. The aftertaste is a bit rough.

Draught. Pours light golden, with decent white head, with residual lacing. Malt on the nose, with faint citrus notes. Medium bodied on the palate, and run of the milll blonde mouthfeel. Quite unremarkable overall.

Bottle, 25 cl. Yesterday @ Le Reinitas, Ambleteuse (F). Clear yellow color, and a white head. Aroma sweet, malts. Medium body. Taste sweet, malts, and very little hops a bit like a Leffe blond. Very regular blonde.

Bottle 25 cl. Golden clear colour with a huge dense white head. Fruity, malty and light spicy beer that looks good and goes well with fish.

Golden colored with little white head. Sweet, slightly berryish aroma with some softening raspberry note. Medium bodied. Flavor is also soft with same raspberry and sweet fruits, lemon in aftertaste.
