Beautiful mahogany brown dress. Abundant light foam. We can perceive malt and caramel aromas with a hint of liquorice. On the palate, it reveals aromas of whiskey and macerated prunes. The final shows aromas of whiskey then turns notes of caramel.

Pelforth Brune - 33cl in Pelforth glass, overlooking Chambord. Sweet malty nose. Sweeter than I remember back when I drank this for 8 months straight in Dijon. A great value. Prune aftertaste.

Une bonne bière brune qui même si elle est bien industrielle, reste intéressante à boire. Une valeur sûre.
