UPDATED: APR 25, 2006 about 5 years old - slightly hazy ruby-brown colour; almost no foam; toasted nose with strong notes of caramel and apple; earthy; oily with a good malt body; some sweetness and a low bitterness; the finish is sweetish and malty with light fruity notes
