MissDolle (20), Odense, Denmark Apr 14, 2008 Updated: Apr 15, 2008 Bottle at café in Paris. Maybe the sorroundings made the beer better than it was. Nice aroma with at quick dissapering beige head.
Roasted sweet malts, chokolate and a bit metallic.
Not a very good beer, but though the best at the café.

Pours a nice large offwhite head that stays for a while with nice lacing. Color is deep red/brown. Aroma is bready and toasted with some faint hop scents. The beer is rather sweet and malty at first but the long lasting bitterness in the finnish makes up for that. The body is a bit thin and the carbonation is rather flat, but it’s still a pleasant beer. Blom (589), Odense, Denmark Jul 21, 2008 Bottle, Montmartre, Paris. This hasn’t much to do with a belgian bruin allthough that was my first assumption. It is more in line with a dark lager or dunkel, but in a heavier way. It is sweet and malty and... well, that’s pretty much it. Stefano (947), Esbjerg, Denmark May 27, 2008 Brown-reddish body, beige head, mostly lasting. Light sweet caramel aroma with nuts. Malty flavour with notes of nuts, ends up with a bit bitterness. Nothing special, but still a nice beer with high drinkability.
sleepylopes (264), New York, USA May 17, 2008 the commercial discription says it best. no more no less. at least it produces a nice head but it is much to sweet and lacking structure. HenrikSoegaard (2914), Randers, Denmark May 8, 2008 Bottle. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Red amber colour. Moderate malty light hoppy aroma. Light bitter and sweet flavor. Nice chocolate notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Nice well-balanced beer.
