Smell malts, some sweetness, some yeast, some butter. Tastes about the same. Nothing special, nothing really wrong either. Little bit dry finish, average carbo and body.

Bottle shared from Deanso. Pours cloudy brown with a small off white head. Aroma of caramel, light malt, yeast and grain. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Thin white head. Low carbonation. Hazy amber pour. Ok, not that exciting.

Draft at the source. Clear golden color, solid cream colored head, solid lacing. Aroma of straw. Taste is sweet and malty.

Draught at the brewpub, 4.8% ABV
Cloudy amber color, creamy head. Nice malt aroma, a bit fruity. Quite good malt flavor, smooth mouthfeel; nice continental hops, although the final bitterness is too strong. Hints of yeast too.
Good but rough.

Tap @ Kafe Belgie. Copper colour, off-white head. Nose is light malted, bit of caramel. Flavour is light malty, slightly hoppy and yeasty. Slightly sweet and dry finish.

It is supposed to be an Alt with some Dutch twist. It is not a bad beer, but I expected more of it. Quite sweet, a bit spicy: liquorice, caramel. Pelgrim has better beers to offer.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is roasted malty and caramelish. Toasted malty. Bitter, dry malty and hoppy bitter. Dry and bitter finish.

Copper orange colour with a quickly dissapearing white head. Smells malty, grainy.. Nothing special. Tastes bitter, grainy and malty. Also a bit "old" (meaning: not refreshing). Full taste for its abv though.

On tap at In de Wildeman. Clear amber colour, dense frothy off white head. Aroma of grain, muesli, somewhat floral, light hoppy. Flavour is light sweet, malty, caramel, light grainy, floral, nice grassy hoppy bitter finish. Light bodied. Nice Belgian amber style imo.
