Unclear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate citrus, medicine, apotek, tart. Flavor is moderate sweet and medicine acidic with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090601]

Nov 16, 2007 An honest-looking cloudy dark yellow shade covered by a foamy white head. Rather fizzy all along, but this does not help to hide the overwhelming coriander. Sure it’s a witbier, but it does not have to be one-dimensional about it. Its wheatiness is almost impossible to perceive behind the lemony character and bland bready yeast. Quick, dryish and coriander laden finish.

Aug 2, 2007 On tap@Pelgrim. Very strong spiced aroma, mainly coriander. Hazy, yellow color, white head, good lace. Strong citric flavor, lemon, coriander, light bitterness. Bit thin though.
