Surprising amount of orange or tangerine carried on a constant and level bitterness. Decent non dry finish but reminds you that you’re drinking a decent IBU beer. Colour is great, lacing is great. Might have liked a bit more middle or sweeter malt in this perhaps. Nice though, mad not to have a go with this if you get a chance.

At prewpub in Tillamook with Taylor, Stephen, and Dina. Pours bronze clear. Almost no head. Aroma is light earthy hops, some bitterness with mild amber malt. Taste is creamy red amber earthy and spicy hops.

Bottle. Pour is a hazy dark yellow to orange. Large white head with tightly packed white bubbles. Aroma is a strong citrus orange and tangelo thing. Taste is initially a slight pithy bitterness then the hop flavor comes through as a lemon and orange zest. Not much malt sweetness but not too dry. Nice floral and citrus character overall. No booze noted.

Poured from tap to glass. Amber honey hue with creamy white head. Aroma is orange, pine, resin, tangerine, melon, grapefruit, draw. Mouthfeel is nice with medium body and zesty carbonation. Taste is initially sweet with a bitter following and dry finish. Overall this is a nice I2PA.

Pours a finger and half of head on medium straw colored body. The aroma is pine and more pine. The taste is a bold pine bitterness with a good malt backup to balance it out nicely. The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation. An enjoyable and solid ale.

A - Pours a vibrant deep golden hue with a massive, chunky head that leaves lots of lacing on the way down. S - Slightly piney with a hint of caramel. T - Starts off wheaty, continues to hints of pine and finishes with a strong resiny bitterness. M - Medium to heavy bodied with ample effervescence. O - An excellent example of the style. This has the whole package. I heard the brewery is going to stop making this one ... What a shame.

Draught at the Tap Room in Tillamook. Mild bright malty nose. Light straw color. Thick, syrupy maltiness in initial / goes to a sort of bitterness and then balances quickly. Medium body. Thick and rich, but not really as tasty as an imperial should be.

Bottle to glass. About 3 months old. Pours a clear golden light amber color with a frothy off white head. Aroma is citrusy, piney, floral, with a moderate malty sweetness and some alcohol heat. Flavor is quite bitter with a floral piney malty sweetness. Smell spice character as well. Medium body with an astringent finish. Quite boozy. Good, but wish I would have had it a bit closer to the bottling date.

Bottle. Pours a very opaque orange-amber color with a moderate white head on it. Nose is fairly floral to me, though the hops seems like they are beginning to turn. Taste is a little bitter, but there is some residual sweetness that hangs in there to balance it out. OK.
